As someone who has both bought and sold many properties over the years, I have (like most people) acquired a genuine distrust of estate agents. However, Chris at Athertons in Poole seems to be the exception to that rule. Unlike most estate agents, Chris actually listens, tells it like it is (whilst still being polite and respectful), replies to messages, returns phone calls (even late into the evening and weekends), and actually works with you to reach the desired outcome. He also works tirelessly behind the scenes ensuring the sale progresses and resolves issues and problems as he encounters them, keeping you updated along the way. Chris is the only estate agent that I have managed to build a good working relationship with, and if you are prepared to listen offers good advice on both the sale on onward purchases. To sum up, if you want an estate agent that gets the job done without the waffle and false promises then he is the man for you. I would quite honestly recommend him to anyone and would use him again in a heartbeat. I would give him more stars if I could.
